This is my conclusion:
Cost – Google Apps is cheaper
Mobility – Google apps is better
Cloud – Google apps is real, Office 365 requires a local office suite
Not changing user experience – Office 365 is better only for those who already on Office 2010
(!) in order to enjoy Office 365 you have to use Office 2010!!!
